  • Is it possible to over-exfoliate with Tri-Balm?

  • No. Tri-Balm uses a natural gentle enzyme that only works on a dermal level so you cannot over-exfoliate with this product no matter how many times a day you use it.

  • Is this balm suitable for all skin types?

  • Yes. Tri-Balm can be used on any skin type. In the unusual even that you develop any sensitivity, as can happen, with any product discontinue us and let us know.

  • How else can the balm be used?

  • Tri-Balm can be used as a mask to sooth the skin for extra hydration.

  • How do I apply my balm?

  • You can apply Tri-Balm directly onto the skin or onto your fingers and then apply to the skin, which ever you prefer. You can tissue off or the product emulsifies with water to rinse away.

  • Do you test on animals?

  • Absolutely not and we are proud to be recognised by Cruelty Free International.

  • How long will it take to receive my balm?

  • Orders received Monday to Friday before 1pm (UK time) are dispatched the same day by Standard Royal Mail. Deliveries are estimated to take 2-3 working days in the UK. Overseas orders are sent with International Standard Airmail. Your order should be with you in 3-5 working days (Europe) and in 5-7 working days (rest of the world).

  • How will I know when my balm has been sent to me?

  • We will let you know by email as soon as your order has been received. We will email you again once your order has been despatched.

  • If I change my mind how do I cancel my order?

  • We ship every day so if your product hasn’t already been dispatched we will cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we would ask you to return the product unused, with tamper seals unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Remember to include your returns slip and also get proof of postage when you return your product.

  • How do I return a product?

  • You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return your item please email info@francesprescott.com to let us know your package is coming. Remember to include your returns slip and also get proof of postage when you return your product. We will issue a full refund of your item so long as the produce has not been used, has tamper seals unopened and is in a re-saleable condition. Our return address is:
